I recently changed my wifi name and my printer is connected but is offline. Can someone assist with restarting to get my new wifi name connected to the printer?

I understand that you are facing issues with the connectivity issues. 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Yes, I have tried everything. As stated I changed my wifi name from BrownJoHome to KassandCay, so the printer is not picking up because of the name change. The wifi is working…nothing is wrong with it, I just need the printer connected back. I have an HP DeskJet 2700 series.
