I sent 6 documents to the printer from my Android. The first one printed, the rest did not. A few documents were sent and printed from an iphone. I can no longer print anything from the Android. No messages shown. It says "printing" on the laserjet touchscreen for a couple seconds then nothing. I've unplugged the printer, reinstalled the plug in and smart app, restarted the phone. I tried printing from the smart app, get the message "printer problem unable to communicate with the printer"... Though it does get signal to print since it says printing on the printer for those couple seconds.
In the about section of my phone is says Android 12. That wasn't an option in the drop-down.
This post has been up for about 24 hours and no response. The virtual agent was useless. Why can't I just talk to a human? I need to use my printer but I can't because I can't figure out the problem and HP isn't helping at all. Is there any way to talk to a customer service human!???

@Jimmy1238, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you are not able to print from your Android device. Have you tried reinstalling the HP Smart app from Play Store?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- Make sure the printer and the mobile are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
