Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer

When I select Print on both sides-Flip long edge, the printer does not print on both sides.  In the past it did work but now it stopped working.  Any ideas how to get it to print on both sides again. (I do select it in the printing options.)
