Hello all!

 

Due to covid, I am unable to return to the UK and hence unable to connect my printer to a Wifi connection. I recently received an email from HP saying that my instant ink subscription would be cancelled if I don't connect it by the end of May. However, I won't be returning to the UK anytime soon, so I was wondering if anyone would know who I could contact regarding this issue or has a solution to this? I tried searching for an email to contact HP support of UK but can't seem to find one. I can't make a local call either and the whatapp option if for HP support ireland. Does anyone know who I can contact?

I understand your concern. However, this process is automated. If the printer is not connected to the internet for a certain period of time, the service will be canceled. 

 

In this case, you may re-enroll the printer to Instant Ink using your account when you return.
