Hi @aklm,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Officejet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer is showing as offline, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check Connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's connected via USB, make sure the cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the computer. If it's connected wirelessly, ensure it's connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and that the signal is strong.
  • Restart Devices: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Try restarting both your printer and your computer or other devices that are trying to access the printer.
  • Printer Settings: Check the printer settings to ensure that it's set to online mode. You can usually find this option in the printer's menu or settings on the control panel.
  • Network Settings: If the printer is connected wirelessly, check the network settings to ensure it's connected to the correct network and that the network settings are correct.
  • Printer Software: Make sure that the printer software or drivers are installed correctly on your computer. Sometimes, outdated or corrupt drivers can cause connectivity issues.
  • Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer and install them if necessary. Firmware updates can sometimes fix bugs and improve compatibility.
  • Printer Troubleshooter: Many operating systems have built-in printer troubleshooters that can help diagnose and fix common printing problems. You can try running the printer troubleshooter on your computer to see if it can identify and fix the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
