I upgraded to OS7 Mac.

Trying to scan from Preview, message is "no document Loaded".

I have HP J4580 all in one.

Hi,

By reading your message, i assume you placed the original on the scanner glass?

 

By using Apple Preview, you should select the Scan Mode according.

Click the Mode or Scan Mode selection-box. then select eighter Document Feeder for the Top Feeder or Flatbed to scan from the scanner glass.
