My office uses RADIUS to secure wi-fi. I'm not aware of anyway to join the wi-fi network without using network credentials and accepting the certificate. Is there a way to get this printer on the wi-fi network? Thanks.

Yes.

I order to get onto a 802.1x network a device must have a CA cert loaded that will complete the authentication process.  However only certain HP printers have this functionality built into thier Embedded Web Server (EWS)

More Info (Search for 802.1x and CA Cert) :

"CA Certificate. (Wireless print servers only) A certificate from a trusted third party, or Certificate Authority (CA), is used to validate the identity of a network authentication server. A CA certificate is required for selected EAP authentication protocols. The authentication server’s identity is validated when information on the CA certificate matches the information on a certificate received from the authentication server. Therefore, the CA certificate must be the certificate used to sign the authentication server’s certificate.

  • Click View to view the contents of an installed CA certificate, or click Configure to update or install a new one.
  • A CA certificate is not saved when the print server is reset to factory-default values.
  • The maximum certificate size that can be installed on the HP Jetdirect print server is 3072 bytes."

Most companies that run RADIUS/802.1x Enterprise networks also have a less secure backup plan for incompatible devices.  Chances are they can do some kind of MAC authentication over an Ethernet cable on specific ports or they can setup an hidden alternative SSID just for the printers.  Work with your network admins on this one.
