I have an Officejet Pro x576dw. In recent weeks the error code 0xc6fd0713 has appeared with more frequency. The immediate fix is to turn off and turn on the printer. Sometimes this takes care of the problem for a few days. Other times this error will appear with each attempt to print. Sometimes the printer will produce blank pages with the error message and other times it will just display the error message.

I have searched HP and Google for this error code and haven't found any solutions other than replacing the printer. I hope that is not the only solution.

Have other folks had the same issue? Has anyone had any luck finding a solution that doesn't involve replacing the printer?

Full error message on the printer display: "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. 0xc6fd0713"
