HP Deskjet 2541 All-in-One
Windows 7

So i've had this problem ever since i bought the printer. Every time i print photos or documents, anything, There always seems to be a white border at the each end of the paper in a horizontal position. kind of like the printer just gave up at the end of the print. I've tried to align the cartridges but that doesnt seem to work, and even tried to tweak setting. The print alignment page doesnt print to the right proportions either. Any way you guys can help? "Un-Aligned Alignment page"

Hi,

The specific model does not support borderless (edge-to-edge) printing, its minimum margins are as following:

5.JPG

As you may see, 1.45 cm from the button is not a printable area and this is an expected behavior for the printer.

You may find the Paper-handling specifications below:

I would suggest:

1. make sure move the paper guides to give it a tight hold of the paper in tray, and

2. make sure the paper size setting matches with the actual paper loaded.
