@Milaman, if you have done the steps (2Cents) suggested, and still doesn't get results, you can update the firmware.

Here is a link that will assist you with that.

1. Type product in, Click search
2. Choose operating system
3. Choose firmware

I have a false paper jam message come up whenever I try to print on my LaserJetCP1025nw.  There is no jam, because test pages print perfectly.  Tried a reset (power off for 2 minutes, power cord unplugged).  Is there somethng else I could try?

- suggestion to lube gear: which gear?

- suggestion to check 'jam' sensor: where is it located (or if more than one sensor: locaions?)?

Cannot believed it, this worked....printed plain paper and picture without a false jam!  HP Photosmart 7520....now if I could just get my eprint working again...
