HP Designjet 110plus nr. Printer fails to power On when powered On

i have try all this steps from here and i see in picture 8 my green led is on what does this mean ? the power supplu gives power?. and how can i test my new used power supplu is workind ?i bought it from aliexpress original used..my led in roll feed is not working and i buypass it afer put the power cable  in ploter  as you  see in picture 6 a and  b  .

what test i must do to fint my problem if it is board or power supply...or something else

i don't hear any sound like fan or blink from inside ...

Hi,

When you connect the power cable dirrectly to the printer, does the printer power on?

If it does, the problem is your roll reed assy.

Hi ,

Since printer does not power even when power cable is connected directly to printer and there is green LED on power supply, try below steps and check.

1. Disconnect the Parallel data cable that goes from roll feed assembly to printer.

2. Remove the network card (JD card 620n) from the printer

If no power issue persists, then there is hardware issue with the prinetr likelyw ith Electronics module and/or power supply. For further help you may, contact HP Technical support or a local HP Designjet trained  ASP/Tech.

i fix it myself .with help of i forum  http://www.howtofixit.gr/forum/showthread.php?t=67522&page=2 ...the first problem with fusse  t800ma i change it and it works  and the second burnd diodo s468a  and replace it with Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier

Hi ,

As replacing components of EMOD is not possible for most users / techs, it is usually recommended that complete EMOD be replaced to resolve issue where PSU has green LED however prinetr still doesnt power on. I am glad that issue with printer has been resolved.

i am a beginner with electronic i just try ...but i found solution because the same diode burned in other plotter  and the try is free ...thats i ask what is the issue when green led is lit on board to understand if power supply is working .i try with telephone to ask about price to fix it and tell me about 500 eyro and maybe more  ...thats i try ...it cost me 2 eyros....but the Credits goes to thanasis ,the man that have the same problem and fount  the solution  before. He is technical ...end of all i am very happy...!!!!!!!
