Hi all,

i've had on going issues with my printer which has seems to be happening again.

I try to print somethign and its says theres an error. After looking into it and running print and scan doctor the printer doesnt seem to be connecting to the computer. I can connect my printer to my phone and I can pick up the wifi from my phoone to the computer.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall and now the scan dr. wont even recognise that my printer is there.

when i go into the wireless icon on te printer it says IP: not connected

i've tried setting up the printer again for the wireless connected but my wireless name doesn't come up in the list.

I'm ok with computers so should be able to follow suggestions.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I found out what the problem was. My boyfriend had changed the speed of the internet and for some reason the printer just wouldn't pick up the Wifi. He's changed it back and it works fine now.
