I get this message every time I turn on my computer:  Please wait while windows configures Tray App.  The feature you are tryint to use is on a CD-Rom or other removable disc that is not available.   (Several other messages come up) An installation package for the product Tra App cannot be found.  Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package "Tray App.msi".       I click these messages about 7 times to get it to go off my computer screen.  Then the next time I turn on the computer I go through this over again every time.             I am running 32-bit Windows 7 on my Sony Vaio desktop.  I have an HP Photosmart 5513 printer.           Any way I can get rid of this recurring message?????      The only new thing I have installed lately is Corel X5.  I wrote them and they said it was a Microsoft Windows Issue.

Hello hiosilver,

Resolving MSI Startup Errors:

This type of error generally happens because a software application has not finished installing correctly or because an application is trying to repair itself because a file is missing or a registry entry has been removed. TrayApp.msi is associated with your HP Photosmart Digital Imaging software.

To resolve this issue, insert the installation disc that came with the last HP printer, camera, or scanner that was installed into the top CD/DVD drive. If the disc is not available, download the installation software from the link below, use Add/Remove Programs, to remove the current version, and then install the latest version you downloaded from the Web.
