Ipad air
iOS

I purchased a new sprocket and it paired to my IPhone, but when I try to pair to my IPad Air (just updated and full charge) after several attempts the little wheel just kept spinning, then finally it gave me the following message: Pairing Uncuccessful "HP sprocket (82114) is not supported." I only got that message once and have tried several time with no results... The sprocket turns on and off with no problem, but I would really like to use it with my IPad.

Hi @Paditle

If you turn off the bluetooth radio on your iPhone, the sprocket should be detected by the iPad and able to pair.  Sprocket can only pair with a single iOS device and will be locked to your iPhone until you either turn off bluetooth or unpair (forget) the sprocket from the bluetooth menu.

Let us know if that helps!
