Hi,
If you're using Internet Explorer, you may want to check that the following is set.
Close all open IE windows.
Open windows Control Panel, open Internet Options, click the Advanced tab and then check under the Browsing sub-heading that 'Use Passive FTP' is checked - if you need to enter a tick in this box, remember to click Apply to save this change.

Tried and same problem.
Probably due to the odd layers of routers I'm going thru. Some I have control of 2 I don't. Long story. I'll try a download from another location when I get a chance.
