I just bought a new printer (Photosmart 6510) which i registered.  When I try to log-in to ePrint I get the message that my E-mail address/password is not correct.  When I try to make a new account I get the message that this E-mail already exists (logic because it is mine) but I cannot use it to logon. After 3 hours trying everything I gave up...

Luc-P,

I understand the frustration of logging in and I will do the best I can to help you.

There are a few ways to go about logging into your ePrintCenter account after getting the message that the E-mail address/password is not correct and also getting the message that the E-mail already exists when creating a new one with the same personal E-mail.

1. Get a Password Reset - Go to www.ePrintCenter.com and click the blue Sign In >> button, the blue Forgot Password?, then enter your personal E-mail address and click the blue OK.  The password reset link should arrive at your personal E-mail shortly.

2. Use an Alternate Sign In - On the Sign in page, click the Blue Snapfish icon under "or sign in with another account," and try to sign in with your personal E-mail address this way.

3. Try to login and forgot password feature with Snap Fish at www.SnapFish.com

4.  Use another personal E-mail address for your ePrintCenter account.

Dear KennyB3,

Thanks for all your efforts.  I finally could solve the issue but only with your fourth and last solution.  For your info, i give you what I got in return with the other solutions:

1.Use the E-mail address that goes with your account! I tried all E-mail addresses I know, none of them worked; and still I'm using it to write this mail...

2.Snapfish: log-in failed.

3. E-mail address not registered or Use a valid E-mail address. Very strange since I tried with 4 different valid addresses.

$. Finally step 4 brought me a solution based on the use  of one of a.m. (non-valid?) addresses.

Season's Greetings

Luc-P,

I am glad we could solve the issue you were having with logging into ePrintCenter.com.

Please contact us again if you need any further assistance and we will be happy to help you!

Mel_Owens,

It seems you may be using a search engine instead of the address bar on your web browser.

Please click here to go to the ePrintCenter website or click inside the address bar, delete everything in it, and try typing in www.ePrintCenter.com then press enter.

The address bar should have an address in it that starts with http://
