Hi we've recently bourght a new T3500 plotter, when i've come to make some changes it's asking for a username and password no one knows who set this up or what it is, how to I go about removingt the username and password for the administrator?

Go to Main Menu > Service menu > Service Utilities > Reset Access Control
Enter the code 3174
