Client has above printer for his PC but also has a Mac desktop. Needs to know if there is a Mac-compatible driver.

Note to All: HP doesn't support this product in Mac OS X. Be sure to double-check the support and drivers page for your product to see which versions of the OS are supported. While the following info may provide functionality, HP support can only help with SUPPORTED operating systems.

I found the following information on the HP Business support forum (http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?admit=109447626+1306537025279+28353475&...).

Looks like some individuals were able to get it working using the instructions on the following  pages:

http://ryan.bigwoofs.com/?p=1064 (Has detailed instructions, and confirmation from another user that these steps worked)

http://foo2hp.rkkda.com/ (has some of the items needed for this workaround - from what I can tell)

Hope this helps to get you up and going :generic:

Thanks a lot, will check out the websites mentioned but I'm inclined to just let my client (a gentleman in his late 80's who can't understand why HP, Microsoft etc simply aren't able to "do" everything!) know.

Unfortunately this printer is not supported on OS X as Hubbs states above. He did post good information regarding using this printer on OS X. Here is link information he provided.

Good luck and hope you get it up and running :robotvery-happy:

Well, there is another way if you have the new Google Cloud Print service activated.

Just connect to your google account, click google cloud print, choose the printer and voila.

Google + Apple = Unbeatable 😉
