Office Jet 6600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having the same problem as many others have reported on this forum: my Office Jet 6600 prints documents just fine but it will not copy or scan.

I have tried the hard reset (several times!) that was suggested to all those who reported this particular problem ; it did not work...

I have tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it; it did not work...

I have tried reinstalling the driver and the firmware and it did not work either...

I do not buy that there is a problem with my printer's hardware and that I need to get it fixed; there are too many of us with this type of problem.  I beleive that this is a HP problem.  This particular model has flaws and HP should recall those malfunctionning printers and replace them with something that works.

Has anyone actually found a workable solution to this problem?
