Hello garytech1, I am in the same situation with my 7525 I have attempted all the same remedies as mentioned, adding the app, using the 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 and everything else on my printer works beautifully. I just continue to get the "unable to connect to web services" error after selecting document step on scan to email. I use the eprint and other services w/o issue. Please assist

One last question for you.  Do the other apps work on your printer?

I have since deleted the apps on the printer, but yes they worked prior to deleting them.

Same problem here - None of my apps work (and all say that they are "Unable to connect to Web Services.   Confirm Internet access and try again.")

 

Have tried all trouble shooting steps that everyone else tried.

I have the exact same problem. Can you please send me a message to get it fixed?

Having the same cannot connect" error message when trying to scan. Am able to print and to use the printer with web services but the scan will not work.  Have used the diagnotics and suggested solutions posted.  Please send the solution message that seems to be the answer to this problem.
