Yes, I have tried all of it. Everything works great except for scanning to email.

Having the same cannot connect" error message when trying to scan. Am able to print and to use the printer with web services but the scan will not work.  Have used the diagnotics and suggested solutions posted.  Please send the solution message that seems to be the answer to this problem.
