I have been seeing more and more success using scan to email today, for those with the issue can you give it a shot today and let me know if it is working? Please try more than one as well to ensure it will continue working.

Just tried three times and it worked this time. HOWEVER, this should not be about 'trial and error'. It should be as simple as HP telling us that the problem is fixed. Having hundreds of people try again and again to determine how likely it is that HP fixed it is not really professional. If HP fixed it without telling anybody I am even more disappointed. I cannot believe how this company changed during the last decade. Sad....
