Unable to connect to Facebook to access photos from iPhone sprocket app

Set up the sprocket printer, the app on my iPhone and paired the two devices. Clicked on Facebook access but dissallowed access because of friends list. Now app won't even try to sign into Facebook. How can I get it to sign into Facebook?

Hi, I've tried all of these steps, changed iPhone settings and my Facebook will not connect to my sprocket app. I do have instagram connected. Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks for trying out the steps.

As you mentioned you are unable to connect to facebook using sprocket app to print photos.

Can you try downloading the pictures from facebook to your phone and then try printing the photos from the gallery/photos app from your phone.

I've done that because the app doesn't work, it would be great if it worked how it is supposed to, without adding unnecessary steps.

Thanks for trying out the steps.

Plese uninstall sprocket app from your iPhone and install the latest version of sprocket app  (1.0.3) from the app store.

And try printing once again from facebook.

I FIGURED THIS OUT.  First go to settings on your iPhone and find the FACEBOOK app.  Enter your password there and ALSO enable your camera and photos.   THEN go to the Sprocket app and you can now log in from Sprocket to Facebook.
