Still not working. The eprint icon is still grayed..the only item not greyed is "enable web services"..but when try to enable it I get "Accept terms of use and enable Web Services? Refer printed guide" so I hit yes and the I get "There was a problem connecting to the server. :(( I have the HP All in one Plus B210a!

Web service still out of action for me.
When I try to enable web services I get the message "The printer was unable to complete the product update. Would you like to retry?" Retrying simply comes up with the same message.

Actually I hate to admit it but I had to do the same thing as Timwj1957 (although not with a hammer ) on our Officejet 6500A. It appears that new registrations ARE working but you may have to hit retry a few times if you get the product update error.
So to reiterate. If you are still getting the product update error, try retrying until it goes through. It took 3 times on our printer but i have heard it taking more than that. I sincerely apologize for this issue and want to let you know that it IS being worked on. In the meantime though, this should hopefully resolve your issues.
P.S. If you are NOT getting the product update error, you may be having a different problem. Let me know and I will try to help out.

Hey Richie500,
I'm assuming you are getting the product update error (not a proxy error). If so, I truly don't know how many times it would take but 100 is certainly excessive. What I would recommend for the time being is giving it a bit more time. I will be keeping track of the issue and as soon as it is resolved I will let you know. Once again, I apologize I don't have a definitive fix for you right now.

No good. Well, like i said. I will keep everyone posted if anything changes. I truly wish I had a better answer for everyone right now but we are working on getting the issue resolved.

This is really annoying.. I bought "Deskjet 3050A All-in-One Printer - J611g"..Every thing else works fine except eprint. When I select the option on "Eprint" on the printer keyboard ..it says "Unable to connect to the internet, please check your connection". This is really strange as I am using the same network, same SSID and using internet through the same router.
Now when I try to enable the webservices through EWS it says 'Unable to Check for Firmware Update!Click "OK" to go back.". I tried again and again and got the same error message. Some one please help me on this..
