cell phone print issue

Hello, my name is Joselyn , I have the HP envy 5052 printer , I like to print documents from my cell but  I don´t know what happened ; the issue is that I tried to print somo documents and in the moment that my cellphone shows me the preview it looks  like this :

it is not using the whole paper and i dont know why, and i also change the size of the paper to A4 but it didn´t work. Please can you help ,and I  also updated  the app

Updating the printer firmware, iOS device and then adjusting the font size on your iOS device may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

Please ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and iOS is up to date with it's software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer and iOS:

Use the steps available here to adjust the font size on your iOS device and the try to print.
