HP Photosmart keeps printing everything in 4x6 size.  Document is fine on screen until I select Print preview and try to print.  Please help.

Hi - Not sure which Photosmart you have, but the instructions should be similar.  First, click Start (or the Windows icon, depending on which version of Windows you have) and choose Control Panel and then Printers.  From there, right click on your printer and choose Printing Preferences (or Preferences).  In here, there should be an option for paper size.  Make sure it is set to 8 1/2x11 (Letter).  Once you've verified it is set correctly in there, go into the application you're printing from and click File, Print, Preferences and verify the paper size.  In addition, go into File, Page Setup and make sure the paper size is set correctly in there as well.  Not sure which application you're printing from so the instructions may very slightly.

Hope that helps.
