Hi @Jtlending14,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're having trouble connecting your HP DeskJet 3755 printer to the network and consequently experiencing issues with printing. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the connection issue:

Restart Your Printer and Computer: Sometimes, simply restarting your devices can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your printer and computer, wait for a few minutes, and then turn them back on.

Check Your Network Connection: Ensure your wireless router is working correctly. You can check this by seeing if other devices are connected and have internet access. Reboot your router if necessary.

Verify Printer's Network Connection:

  • Check the wireless light on the printer. If it's not on or blinking, the printer is not connected to your Wi-Fi network.
  • Use the Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer's control panel to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network. Navigate through the printer’s settings to find this option.

Update Printer Drivers and Firmware: Outdated drivers or firmware can cause connectivity issues. Visit the HP website, find your printer model, and download the latest drivers and firmware updates.

Check the Printer's IP Address:

  • Print a Network Configuration or Wireless Network Test report from the printer’s control panel. This will give you the current IP address of the printer.
  • If the IP address is incorrect or not in the same range as your computer, this might be causing the issue. Reconnect the printer to your network.

Disable VPNs or Firewall Temporarily: Sometimes, VPNs or firewalls can block your printer's connection to your computer. Disable these temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor: If you're using a Windows PC, HP provides a free tool called HP Print and Scan Doctor that can diagnose and resolve printing problems. Download and run this tool to help fix connectivity issues.  https://support.hp.com/in-en/help/printscandoctor

Reinstall Printer Software: Uninstall and then reinstall your printer software. This can resolve any corrupt installation files that might be causing the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
