Blinking blue page  with code C4EBA341

can mdd add me printer functionality online

help reset my printer to default state or alternatively remove the code blinking blue panel

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

try these steps - 

 

1) Take out the cartridges. 
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall. 
3) Wait for 30 seconds.  
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector. 
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

In this case, the carriage might have stuck. This is a hardware issue and the printer might need service. 

 

Unfortunately, there are no further actions we can take through this channel. I recommend reaching out to our phone support for further assistance.

This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue via remote assistance.
