Product: ENVY 7155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Envy 7155 will not print photos.  It accepts the print order and then immediately cancels it.  I've followed every instruction in the thread and still no joy!

One would think that with the amount of money that HP charges for these they would at least work correctly!  Having to uninstall and reinstall on multiple computers repeatedly is unacceptable!

Thank you for the possible scam response warning.  Yes, I did get an email and noo I don't follow links in emails that are not on the thread first.

In this case the email is definitely a scam and the link to a scam website.
