Hi @Chary137,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code you mentioned, "0XB9380FC6," is specific to HP printers and usually indicates a hardware or firmware issue.

Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with your HP OfficeJet 4655 printer:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the printer.
  • Turn the printer back on.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer on the HP website.
  • If an update is available, follow the instructions provided to update the firmware. Click Here

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Ensure that there are no paper jams or obstructions in the paper path.
  • Open the printer cover and check for any stuck paper. If found, carefully remove it.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Make sure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink.
  • Consider replacing any low or empty cartridges.

Printer Self-Test:

  • Print a self-test page to check if the printer itself is functioning correctly.
  • Refer to the printer manual for instructions on how to print a self-test page. Click Here

If the issue persists, It might be a hardware-related issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
