Hi @ptwalden,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code OXC4EB827F on your HP ENVY 4502 printer indicates a problem with the ink system. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.

  1. Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.
  3. Clean the electrical contacts on the ink cartridges and inside the printer with a lint-free cloth moistened with distilled water.
  4. Reinstall the ink cartridges and plug the printer back in.
  5. Turn on the printer and check if the error code has disappeared.

If the error code persists, you can try resetting the printer by following these steps.

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Wait for 60 seconds.
  3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
  4. Check if the error code has disappeared.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
