I wanted to know how many of my rollover pages I get to keep if I drop down in my per month plan? I’m finding that I’m printing less, but don’t want to lose the rollover pages I already have.

Hi,

If you are downgrading your plan, your plan automatically changes on the first day of the next billing cycle.
When you downgrade your account, your monthly rollover maximum decreases and any rollover pages in excess of your new maximum are forfeited.

The downgrade takes place on the first day of the next billing cycle and the Rollover Pages reduced to not more than the value of your new plan (if there are remaining pages at that time)
