Beware of HP Support SCAMMERS!!! A simple solution I discovered by accident, download HP Print and Scan Doctor, it solves all HP driver and printer issues automatically. They tried to scam me twice today but I'm wiser now.

More correctly: Beware of scammers POSING as HP Support. All too often people are getting onto websites they think are HP, will swear up and down are HP but in the end they are not. They are endemic and as fast as HP shuts one down through their legal department, four more pop up. I am glad you found the solution in the Print and Scan Doctor. If you are on the actual HP support page it is one of the first suggestions presented to solve problems.
