Hello,

 

I have an HP CP2025 Printer. It was working great until recently when it started to print horizontal bars across the page in all colors. I have swapped out toner and the ITB and still have the issue. It did clear up for a few pages after changing the ITB, but then returned. The lines are spaced about 77mm on some pages and 35mm to 43mm on others. Of note, the lines change color with the Toner ( I have a custom white toner that goes in place of black),

 

I have attempted to clean the contacts to the toners numerous times with little to no change. I am at a loss. where do I look?
