So I was given this printer by a coworker but when I went to use it, it says that all of the settings are locked by the person who set up the printer. He does not remember doing such a thing and I can not figure out how to factory reset the printer. The warranty is expired so is there anything I can do or do I just need to trash this one and by a new printer?
