My printer is constantly loading. I can print a few random colored ink images, but they are also full of random ink lines. 

I cannot print an "alignment page." I tried the reset method from this website, and while it did seem to reset, it was still not printing.

 

I am not sure if I need new ink cartridges or if it is something else. I feel that it is something else due to the constant errors and buffering. I print items about once a week.

 

If I cancel a job, there is also a blue screen with the power icon, and it appears to be an error message of some kind.

I am not able to scroll though the menu options, most of the time, because the screen is stuck on the "alignment page" option. If I click cancel it does not stop the printing, it continues buffering.
