Product: HP Deskjet 2652 All-in-one

All was fine. Put new I nk alert cartridges in and ink alert light is flashing. Wouldn't print. Turned off. Turned on. Light flashing. Wouldn't print alignment page. Put old cartridges in. Printed fine, color off because low ink. Put two new cartridges in and light flashes. Put 2 MORE NEW cartridges in. Light flashes, won't print. Over $80 new cartridges, can't put tape back on the cartridges! Help please.
