Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone

Hoping there is someone here who can help.

I have a HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdw printer. It's consistently misbehaving when I print in colour. Black & White printing is fine.

When I print in colour I am always getting red dots and yellow dashes on the print outs. They are consistent on each page (same location, shape and size). I've included a photo below / link to photo: https://ibb.co/fHGvbdX

Any thoughts on who I fix this would be great!

Toner cartridge volumes are all good, except cyan which is reported as low.

Thanks

Hello,

Hope you are well,  according to the pattern of the failure, that is related to a faulty cartridge, in this case its the yellow and magenta, due to the color of the defect, the solution is to replace the affected cartridge.

Thanks,
