Smart Tank 7301

When I very first turned my new printer on, the motor for copier bed starts going crazy back and forth.   Really grinds the plastic.   Only way I have figured out how to stop it is to turn off the printer.   I can not even begin to run set up.   Any help would be appreciated.

I see that there is an issue with the printer hardware and may need replacement.

The support here is limited to troubleshooting and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to assist you further.
