ENVY PHOTO 7855
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I AM TRYING TO PRINT 5 X 7 OR 8 X 10 PHOTOS ON MY PHOTO ENVY 7855 USING 8 X 10 PAPER.  I PUT 5 X 7 PHOTO SIZE AND IT DOES NOT PRINT A 5 X 7 PHOTO,  WHAT AM I DOING WRONG.  I AM USING WIRELESS PRINTING.

ALSO WHEN I TRY PRINTING 4 X6 USING 4 X 6 PHOTO PAPER BORDERLESS PRINTING, THE PICS ARE CROPPED.  NOT SURE WHY THE PRINTER IS PRINTING THE WHOLE JPG.

In general,

  • When you change the paper in the printer, remember to change / modify the paper size / type settings on the printer control panel.
  • In addition to the printer control panel, set the paper size and type in the printer dialog.
