Product: HP Photosmart C8180 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Keep getting paper jam message. Tried everything to clear it but still get message. Paper feeds into print head, print head moves as if it printing ,but paper does not feed through beyond print head. Paper jam message appears and I have to remove back of printer and remove paper.
