Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 and getting this error B8C5AFB8  and can't print. the firmware is up to date, and it'll print (from Wifi) for awhile, then error shows up. I've done factory reset couple times and googled for the error and no luck. Also tried the HP smart app to diagnose. Has anyone seen this error before and any suggestions on cause and how to fix?

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
