Recently my printer has been skipping lines and printing faded pages. My printer hasn't given me any error messages. I got new ink carts but, they didn't fix the problem. I did all the steps in the troubleshoot page. Replace ink, update drivers, dianostics, clean printer head/align printer head, etc. The printer doesn't register the problem of print quality. It works best when I choose to print in color at least I get most of the sentences from an article but it's very faded and hard to read. When printing in black and white, it completely skips lines or whole pages.

My warranty expired in 2022. I was wondering what my options are? Is there a way to connect with HP customer support and pay to have my printer fixed or am I out of luck and forced to buy a new printer?

Thanks in advance for any assisstance on this matter, take care.
