Product: HP LaserJet Pro M203dw Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I put the envelope in the same way as always, go through the envelope printing menu in Word, but then I get the flashing exclamation point on the printer. If I click the button, it will print the envelope, but it prints the address up at the top of the envelope. I've tried unplugging the printer and plugging it back in and fiddling with all the settings in Word and no matter what I change, it still prints the address in the wrong place.

Have you confirmed that the paper size setting on the printer itself are correct and match the media loaded?
