Hello

I try and print from my android phone but all I get is a notification that states hp smart click here to review hp statement and enabled its use. I click it. It opens the hp smart app but no where is in the app or when I log in online to click accept or review any statements. It then prints blank pages that count against my monthly total .

It still prints ok when I open the app first and then print a downloaded document from there so makes me think there is something in the setting that needs to be changed..

This is not happening when I print from my computer.

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again on my phone but same issue continues. 

Please advice.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
