Serialnumber can't be detected, so no Support can be contactet. How can I contact them, as the Serial number is unknown...

And yes, I have found the serial number on the printer. but after typing in, it doesn't appear to be correct.

Check did you maybe switched the number 0 (zero) with the letter O ( oscar)
