OK as usual you don't have a topic that fits my problem, so don't scold me for putting this in the wrong place.
My HP Smart app won't load. Yes I uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've recently changed my internet provider, but that shouldn't have any effect on it. My printer works. HP Envy 5665. But I can't access the Smart app to check the ink levels. What can I do?

@notageek15, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
To assist you better, are you using a Win PC or a Mac?
If you have tried reinstalling the HP Smart app and the issue persists, I believe you may have to wait for an updated version to be released by HP.
Until then, you may check the ink levels on the printer screen or install the full-feature printer driver.
Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
