Trying to print a #10 envelope.  The error message is "The printer cannot print on paper shorter than 4.9"/12.5 cm." It has been printing envelopes but all of a sudden last week began with this error message.  I've looked at printer settings and have tried some changes but still cannot get it to print the #10 envelope.
