I just changed the ink cartridges on my HP 9015.  After doing so the touchscreen popped up with a message reminding me to recycle.  I can’t make the message go away!  I’ve tried touching OK, but nothing happens.  If I open the access door to the ink I do get a warning screen which I can hide by touching. But when J close the access door the old message comes back and it’s non responsive to touch.  I’ve tried power cycling to no avail.  Looks like a software bug to me!  Any suggestions are welcome.

This finally got resolved.  The solution was to run HP Smart on my mac, go to printer status, and click on OK.  This is a bug and bad UX!  If there's a popup on the printer, with a box saying OK, it should be possible to do that without accessing the connected computer.
