I have a HP color laserjet CM2320fxi MFP all in one printer/fax/scanner. It works fine under Windows XP. I have another computer that is running Windows 7 pro 64 bit that is having some printing issues. Every document is printed on both sides of the paper. I have turned automatic duplexing off in the properties for the printer and selected print on one page only from Microsoft Word 2010. It still prints on both sides. I have uninstalled the printer software and drivers and re-installed the latest drivers and software from HP. I have installed a firmware update to the printer as well. Every other function appears to work (scanning documents, send/receive faxes). Is there a patch for Win 7 pro 64 bit so that I can turn auto duplexing on and off as I need it?

Thank you, Bob.
Worked perfectly with my HP Deskjet 6940dt Printer.on Win 7.
This solution should be easier to find on the HP support page since I used the HP Printer Install Wizard and the HP Print Diagnostic Utility. Both found the HP printer on my network but they but listed it as an HP Deskjet 6940 Printer with no Double-sided feature. Your solution should have been covered on one of those download pages.
Thanks,
John

Duplex printing on the photosmart c6350 has worked just fine with Windows 7 for some time (year?), but now the Properties button has quit working so I can not longer access the properties to set up duplex. Everything else works just fine. The properties button is there, but it will no longer open the properties page

Thanks to TTurgeon.
I fixed my problem by myself!
I found that I had to use the printer's utility software to turn off the duplex printing option in the printers default settings. Apparently that option overrides the settings received from other programs to only print on one side.
The other programs could turn duplexing on or off after I turned the duplex function off with the printer utility software.

I have a C309g all-in-one printer and Windows 7 64-bit computer. Everytime I try to duplex print (mostly Adobe documents), it prints the pages in a seemingly random order. So when I try to organize my printed-out pages, I am unable to view them in their correct page order. For example, I just tried to duplex print a 9 page document and it printed like this: 1&4 (duplexed), 2 (by itself), 3&6 (duplexed), 5&8 (duplexed), 7&9 (duplexed). I have tried switching to manual duplexing, but the printer continues to automatically duplex my pages randomly. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
